What SUMPRODUCT does
Multiplies ranges item by item and adds the results. Example: Multiplies each A value by the B value on the same row and adds them up.
Semicolons, commas and decimals
Spanish versions of Excel separate arguments with a semicolon or a comma depending on the regional settings of the computer. With semicolons, decimals are written with a comma (3,14). With commas, decimals use a point (3.14). FormulaCheck converts both.
A common mistake
All ranges must be the same size, or you get #VALUE!.
